If your site or blog complies with google's program policies and especially you must read the rules, simply fill out the application form here and select AdSense for search options in the Products. This program is free. Google pays you for valid clicks on the ads made in your search results pages. 

Google will review your application and inform you when it by email within two to three days. tough if you're accepted you can log in to your new account and get the HTML code to insert into your web pages or blog.
